About the Webinar

This webinar on Appreciative Inquiry will be held online, on March 29 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Turkey Time and presented in Arabic by Fatma Mossallem.

It will introduce participants to the Appreciative Inquiry approach, steps, and its applications. Considered as a revolution in the accompaniment of change, this positive approach seeks, in concrete experience, the individual and collective strengths, factors of success, in order to build the future.

Appreciative inquiry is a concept, tool, and process that can be used as an entry point for organizational change, community development, or strategic planning. By focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses, it allows building a plan on these trends to build strategic plans and initiate organizational or societal changes.
